2. Snapchat’s latest feature: a map that shows friends in real time.

Snapchat debuted its latest feature Wednesday for its global iOS and Android users: Snap Map. The map is an entirely new screen on the app, and shows users, in real time, the location of where their friends are and what other Snapchatters are doing all over the world.

3. Periscope lets you buy and send Super Hearts that broadcasters can cash in

A creative way to earn money! Periscope launched Super Hearts — virtual goods that users buy in-app for real money. These hearts can be sent to creators as animated hearts that get them attention in the comment reel and that broadcasters can then redeem with Twitter for a monthly cash payout.

Pinterest is rolling out a fresh look for Lens, more helpful tools, and a newly heightened sense of style.

5. Instagram Adds Replays to Live-Streams, a New Way to Create Stories Content

Now, when your Instagram live-stream is over, you’ll have the option to share your video for the next 24 hours. You can also choose to delete the stream entirely by clicking the toggle, maintaining existing functionality.
