Here at Metter Media, we’re lucky enough to spend day in and day out surrounded by some of the strongest females I’ve ever met. “We’re all women under 30,” I explain to new prospects in boardrooms full of men, never taking for granted how proud I am of that fact.

I appreciate that these strong women inspire me to be a better person every day, but I can’t ignore the fact that not all women have it so easy. Recent setbacks in reproductive rights, immigrant rights, and support for low-income mothers are just a few of the issues we grapple with daily now. The landscape can be so disheartening, our social media company had to write a blog about how to take a break from social media.
