Lauren is the Founder & CEO of Metter Media. She started the agency in 2013 to help brands not just show up on social, but stand out. Outside of work, you can find her acting as CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) for her daughters Iris & Esme.

Lyssa is the COO and Co-Owner of Metter Media. When she’s not bouncing around Boston ‘s MetroWest with her toddler, corgi, and husband, you can find her scrolling Instagram and TikTok for the latest client inspo… and drinking her third coffee of the day.

Jackie is a Senior Account Director working with our insurance, finance, real estate, and luxury home clients. As a true Bostonian, she sips iced coffee every season; but prefers it most at the beach in the summer.

Cassandra is the Senior Account Director at Metter Media. She loves all things visual and coming up with new ideas to represent a brand. She has no shame in her obsession with dogs, and will stop on the sidewalk to pet any and all that walk by.

Angela is a Senior Account Director at Metter Media within our thriving multifamily and residential industries. She enjoys traveling the world, loves food, and adores cats.

Danielle is an Account Director at Metter Media working with our tech and law clients. When she’s not working, you can find her nose deep in a good book, star gazing, hanging out with her rescue pups and creating inclusive content on her Instagram to highlight diversity.

Sophie is a Senior Account Director at Metter Media, where she works with clients across residential, architecture, design, and beyond. When she’s not working, she’s likely hiking or walking along the beach, rewatching Gilmore Girls, or planning her next trip to cross off a bucket-list destination.

Zoe works with many of our multifamily and residential clients as a Senior Account Director. When she isn’t strategizing all things social media, you can find her at the beach with a large iced coffee and her dog, or painting in her studio space.

Natalie is a New England native turned Colorado transplant. A creative at heart, Natalie has always been drawn to digital storytelling and helps brands share their voices on social media. When she’s not crafting up new content, Natalie can be found perusing flights for her future travels, scoping out a new hike, or sampling a new foodie spot.

Olivia is an Associate Account Director at Metter Media, working with our insurance, real estate, and design clients. A lover of all social media, she also equally loves putting her phone down and traveling, making music, hanging out with friends, and exploring new places around Boston on the weekends!

Kat is an Associate Account Director at Metter Media, working with our tech, hospitality, and insurance clients. An aficionado of all things media, she loves introducing people to her favorite shows, staying ahead of trends, and indulging in $6 movies on Tuesdays with her friends.

Ashley is the Creative Director at Metter Media. When she’s not busting out new ideas or creating artsy graphics, eight times out of 10 you’ll find her at the gym. The other two? Gettin’ down on a #cheatmeal.

Rachel is a Virginia-based graphic designer specializing in branding and social media content. A self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, Rachel enjoys live music, spending time with her fur babies, and exploring new countries.

Tori is a New Hampshire-based motion designer, video editor, and cat mom of two! When she’s not working, you can find her skiing, catching a concert, or working on her latest home improvement project.

Brianna is a Rhode Island-based graphic designer, photographer, and proud #DogMom to her two furry BFFs. When she’s offline, you’ll find her camping, grabbing last-minute tickets to concerts or comedy shows, or tending to her garden (and her ever-growing collection of houseplants).

Erin works across Metter Media’s multifamily portfolio as an Account Director, where strategy and creativity go hand in hand. After hours, her focus shifts from social campaigns to the stage — whether she’s heading to rehearsal or honing her talents as a working NYC actor.

Ella is a New York-based graphic designer, book enthusiast, and coffee fanatic. When she’s not designing, you can find her exploring a new museum or art gallery, cooking up a new recipe, or hunting for the perfect maple latte.
